The Client will be charged an hourly rate of $70.00.
- Liaise with client
- Check for accuracy of income & expenses data entered by the Client into the accounting software, & amend where necessary
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare & file GST returns
- Maintain IRD access to check taxes.
Standard Bookkeeping
The Client will be charged an hourly rate of $100.00.
- Liaise with client
- Enter income & expenses data into accounting software
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain IRD access to check taxes
- Maintain accounts payable & accounts receivable, plus issue monthly reports
- Enter assets into accounting software
- Prepare & file GST returns
- Maintain Payroll software & prepare wages/salaries
- File PAYE returns
- Liaise with IRD for payment plans if needed.
Comprehensive Financial Management
The Client will be charged an hourly rate of $120.00.
- Liaise with client
- Enter income & expenses data into accounting software
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain IRD access to check taxes
- Maintain accounts payable & accounts receivable, plus issue monthly reports
- Enter assets into accounting software
- Prepare & file GST returns
- Maintain Payroll software, prepare wages/salaries & pay
- File PAYE returns
- Liaise with IRD for payment plans if needed
- Participate in email correspondence with the Client’s customers and suppliers
- Pay suppliers
- Compile monthly cashflow
- Compile annual budget & forecast
- Set up & maintain software
- Complete HR tasks
- Implement financial management & issue monthly P&L reports.
